CellString is a fan-made platform that provides a centralized hub for Supercell game players to track their statistics across multiple games including Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, and Brawl Stars. The Service allows users to link their game accounts, view statistics from various tracking sites, and verify account ownership.

4.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information to keep it accurate.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 One Account Per Person

You may only maintain one CellString account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all associated accounts.

When linking and verifying game accounts:

• You may only link game accounts that you own
• Verified accounts are exclusively linked to your CellString profile
• Attempting to claim another user's verified account is prohibited
• We reserve the right to remove fraudulently linked accounts
• Game statistics are fetched from official APIs and may not always be real-time

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated scripts to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Circumvent any rate limits or security measures
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

The CellString name, logo, and original content created for the Service are owned by us. Supercell game content, including but not limited to game names, characters, and imagery, are trademarks and property of Supercell Oy. Third-party tracking sites referenced on our platform retain their respective intellectual property rights.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Game statistics will be accurate or up-to-date
• Third-party tracking sites will be available
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
